ICCHP'96 will take place July 17-19, 1996 at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria. ICCHP'96 is the fifth in a series of highly successful and well-attended conferences.

After four conferences were held in Vienna and Zurich, the 5th International Conference on Computers Helping Persons with special needs will be hosted by the City of Linz. This is to combine the Conference with other events such as the "3rd International Computer Camp" (ICC) and a medical and technical exhibition. We would be pleased to welcome you in Linz. Your participation will get you involved in an international exchange on current knowledge and research concerning the implementation and evaluation of computer systems for the integration of people with special needs.
